This policy outlines the conditions for cancelling your NETDIALS profile subscription and for processing refunds.
Your NETDIALS profile subscription is a digital service that is activated immediately upon successful payment. Due to the instantaneous nature of our service and the resources allocated for your profile, we have a strict cancellation window.
Cancellations will only be considered if the request is made within **the same day** of placing your order and before your profile has been made **publicly visible** on the directory.
A full refund will be processed only if your cancellation request is approved under the above policy. We do not offer refunds for cancellations requested after the initial activation window or once the service has been used for any period.
Once a refund is approved by JOMY FRANCIS, it will be processed within **7 business days**. The refund will be credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
